INGREDIENTS
2 oz honey
2 oz corn flour
2 oz of sugar
2 eggs
2 oz of butter
2 oz of water
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation: 20 mins
Cooking time: 40 mins
4 serving

1. Mix honey, sugar, melted butter.

2. Working length the mixture.

3. Add egg yolks one to one

4. Add the cornstarch in small quantities, water
then the beaten whites.

5. Bake in a buttered pan in a moderate oven for 30 to 40 minutes
