INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated celery
2 cups grated carrots
Juice of half a lemon
1 large apple, diced, unpeeled
1 tablespoon raisins
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
To taste, salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
4 to 6 servings
1. Put the celery and carrots in a bowl
2. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix.
3. Add the diced apples and raisins and mix again.
4. Combine all dressing ingredients in mustard and pour over salad.
