Cheese salad
To vary the flavor, substitute cheddar cheese for the goat cheese.

Main Ingredients: Cheese, Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
1 salad Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup raisins
2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
1/4 cup chopped celery
12 whole pecans
1/4 cup honey vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
4 servings

1. In a bowl, gently mix all ingredients.

2. Add dressing just before serving.
