Shrimp-Mango Salad
A delicious salad for any occasion

INGREDIENTS
3 tomatoes
3 avocados
12 shrimps
2 mangoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
Fresh coriander
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Rest: 1 hour
Total: 1 h 15 min
6 servings

1. Clean the shrimp

2. Roughly chop the coriander

3. Cut into large cubes, mango, tomatoes and avocados

4. Mix everything in a large bowl cover with plastic wrap and let it macerate in refrigerator for at least 1h.

Serve cold
