English muffins with apple
Replace the English muffins with slices of raisin bread and cinnamon.
Great for: School Lunches

INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons butter
4 English muffins, split into two
2 fresh apples, unpeeled, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon liquid honey
To taste, nutmeg or cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Total: 30 min
4 servings

1. Preheat oven to 400 ° F.

2. Spread lightly with butter each half of English muffins and place on cookie sheet

3. Top with apple slices and a few drops of honey over each serving.

4. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg or cinnamon and cook until apples are tender.

5. Bake at 400 ° F 15 minutes.
