Meat sandwich and two cheeses
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 lb. ground beef
2 tsp Italian seasoning (Italiano)
4 rolls of 17 in.
4 tsp mustard
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
1 cup grated cheese mixture to crust (mozzarella, cheddar)
INSTRUCTIONS

4 servings
1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
2. In a skillet, heat oil and fry the onion and pepper.
3. Add beef and Italian seasoning and cook.
4. Reserve.
5. Cut bread in half lengthwise and brush with mustard.
6. Garnish with lettuce and ground beef
7. Sprinkle with cheese.
