Black forest ham sandwich
INGREDIENTS
8 slices bread with nuts, honey and grapes
4 slices Emmental cheese
16 thin slices red Delicious apple
8 thin slices Black Forest ham
Dijon mustard with honey
Leaves of leaf lettuce
INSTRUCTIONS
4 servings
1. Spread Dijon mustard on 4 slices of bread.
2. Place on each slice, cheese, apple slices, ham and lettuce.
3. Cover with another slice of bread.
Suggest
Toast the bread and replace the lettuce with fresh herbs such as basil or mint.
