Cream of pumpkin orange
Begin the meal with a soup is a good way to decrease appetite and better control their carbohydrate intake.

Main Ingredients: Potatoes, Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
3 cups pumpkin, peeled, diced
2 cups carrots, peeled and diced
2 cups potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup ginger
1 cup salted water
3 Tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 1/2 cup milk or cream 15%
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation time: 25 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Total: 45 min
6-8 servings

1. In a saucepan, combine the diced pumpkin, carrots and potatoes.

2. Sprinkle with ginger.

3. Add the water and salt to a boil.

4. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring, up, to tender.

5. Drain vegetables.

6. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and fry the onions over low heat, about 5 minutes, up to this that they may be transparent.

7. Add the drained vegetables and milk.

8. Skip the mixer up to smooth.

9. Cook 2 or 3 minutes, Just to warm.
