Bread stuffed with Feta, garlic and dried tomatoes
Stuffing with Feta is delicious served with raw vegetables

Great for: Quick and Easy, School Lunches
Courses: Breads, Snacks
Main Ingredients: Cheese, Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
1 round loaf
2/3 lb. Feta
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup dried tomatoes in oil (drained) chopped
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Olive oil
1/3 cup toasted pine nuts
INSTRUCTIONS
4 to 6 servings

1. Preheat oven to broil.

2. Cut a cap on top of bread.

3. Hollow out the bread as much as possible to keep only the crust (keep the crumb to the bread crumbs).

4. Y put cheese.

5. Top evenly with garlic and dried tomatoes.

6. Salt and pepper.

7. Drizzle with olive oil.

8. Place bread on baking sheet stuffed and placed on the middle rack of oven.

9. Leave grill a few minutes until the cheese begins to be soft and top sparkles.

10. Remove from oven, sprinkle with pine nuts and serve immediately.
