Main Ingredients: Eggs
INGREDIENTS
1 egg per person
Cream
Salt, pepper, chives
Optional: cheese, bacon, mushroom
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F

2. Break into four ramekins one whole egg.

3. Salt and pepper.

4. Sprinkle with chopped chives

5. Add a teaspoon of cream.

6. Cook 4 to 5 minutes in the oven

Serve with finger of bread
