Croquettes of cod with paprika
Good fish cakes healthy and tasty.

Main Ingredients: Eggs, Fish & Seafood
INGREDIENTS
1 pound boneless cod fillet
1 egg
1.5 cup of milk
1.5 oz of hard bread
1.5 oz breadcrumbs
1 bunch parsley
2 pinches of paprika
Salt and pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Serves 4:
Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Rest: 30 min
Total time: 51 minutes

1. Wet the hard bread with the milk until it becomes soft.

2. Then remove excess milk.

3. Mix the egg with cod, add the bread, parsley and paprika and salt and pepper.

4. Shape into 12 balls with the mixture, flatten them and roll them in bread crumbs.

5. Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the croquettes for 6 minutes, turning regularly.

7. Serve hot with a salad mix
