INGREDIENTS
4-6 Chicken breast halves
1 Large jar salsa (I use southwestern salsa with corn & black beans)
1 packet chicken taco seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put in crock pot and cook on high 4-6 or low 6-8 hours.
2. When finished, chicken should shred effortlessly.
3. Shred chicken and serve on warm tortillas or hard taco shells, with all the taco fixings.
4. This is my FAVORITE crock pot meal, and we have it a few times a month!
