INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
5 eggs
3,5 ounce sugar
3,5 ounce flour
3 Oz of oil
7 ounce dark chocolate pastry
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of yeast
For the icing and decor :
7 ounce white chocolate pastry
Food coloring
INSTRUCTIONS
For 6 childrens:
Preparation: 60 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Rest: 15 min
Total time: 100 minutes
1. Beat eggs, then add sugar and vanilla sugar and melted chocolate.
2. Add flour and baking powder and oil. Mix well until a smooth paste.
3. Pour the batter into the buttered pan.
4.Preheat the oven and place the cake at 400 F° for about 25 minutes.
5. Cool the cake.
6. Cut a strip about 3 cm in the central part of the cake and remove.
7. Pick up the two pieces of cake to obtain an oval head.
8. With the remaining cake cutting band 2 triangles to make the ears.
9. Melt white chocolate and cover the cake evenly.
10. With white chocolate and food coloring make the knot and the nose and eyes.
11. For the whiskers, I used an ice cube tray in the shape of which I stick in melted chocolate.
