INGREDIENTS
12 Oz of green rice
1 pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp of olive oil
oregano
salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
for 4 persons
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes
1. Pour the rice in a pan with twice the volume of water.
2. Cook 10 minutes over low heat until all water is absorbed.
3. Meanwhile, cut into small pieces the peppers, tomatoes and onions.
4. Pour oil and vegetables in the pan, stir regularly for another ten minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper, oregano and serve hot, possibly adding grated cheese at the last moment.
