Zucchini Recipe Special Children
Vegetable Recipe appreciated by children! And it's a low calorie diet recipe.
Great for: Low Carb, Picky Eaters

Main Ingredients: Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
2 lb zucchini
oil olive
beef stock cube
pepper
mixture of herbs for salad


INSTRUCTIONS
for 4 persons
Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Rest: 10 min
Total time: 30 minutes

1. Peel the zucchini (they will be less bitter for children).

2. Cut into small dice.

3. In a skillet or wok put a drizzle of olive oil (very little) and saute the zucchini over high heat, stirring often, for 5 minutes.

4. While cooking zucchini, crumble a beef stock cube over and pepper, sprinkle generously with herbs, do not add salt (the stock cube will salt the zucchini).

5. After 5 minutes of cooking off the heat,

6. Cover the pan and allow to finish cooking for 10 to 15 minutes and it's ready!

Finally ... Recipe adaptable for all vegetables, you just increase the cooking time according to the vegetables and for those who long to cook it is better to cut them into thin slices rather than cubes , they cook more quickly.

I guarantee that the cooked vegetables will delight children who normally don’t like vegetables.
