A good recipe to make children eat zucchini,
They will end their plates every time!
Great for: Everyday Cooking, Picky Eaters
Courses: Main Dish
Main Ingredients: Beef, Cheese, Grains & Cereals, Tomatoes, Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
5 zucchini medium
14 Oz of beef chopped
2 onions
1 can of tomatoes into cubes
2 or 3 bags of shredded cheese
breadcrumbs or 6 crackers
a little oil
mixed herbs powder
INSTRUCTIONS
For 6 persons
Preparation: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Total time: 60 minutes

1- Prepare the Bolognese sauce: fry the onions in a little oil then add minced meat.

2. Then add the canned tomatoes, salt, pepper and eventually flavor with mixed herbs.

3. Let it settle.

4. Cut the zucchini into slices or sliced fairly thin and make a first layer on the bottom of an ovenproof dish. Salt lightly.

5. Spread the sauce on the zucchini Bolognese.

6. Spread a good layer of grated cheese over the sauce.

7. Put a second layer of sliced zucchini with salt, then add more cheese.

8. Finish by spreading the crumbs on the cheese.

9. Place in the oven for at least 40 minutes, a knife should enter it easily.

Finally ... This dish has the advantage of being light, I always use light grated cheese to make it
