Ladybird cake
Legend has it that the age of the ladybird is indicated by the number of points they have on the back. If your child has a birthday, put as much grain as his age on the cake ladybug. |

INGREDIENTS
-3 eggs
-1 plain yogurt
-4,5 ounce of Rice Krispies ® Kellogg's ®
-4 ounce of caster sugar
-1,5 ounce flour
-5 tablespoons oil
-1 teaspoon baking powder
For the decoration
-1 ounce icing sugar
-1 tablespoon of red fruit coulis
-1 ounce of dark chocolate
-10 cereal Coco Pops ®
-Kellogg's ® Shock 2 (for points)
-2 round red candies (for eyes)
-1 vanilla bean, split in two (for antennas)
INSTRUCTIONS
For 10 people:
Preparation: 35 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Total time: 55 minutes
1. Pour the Rice Krispies ® in the bowl of a blender and mix fine for 1 min.
2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk.
3. Add yogurt, sugar, flour, baking powder, mixed grains and oil. Mix vigorously.
4. Pour this batter into a small round cake pan buttered and floured.
5. Take the cook in a preheated oven at 400 F ° for 20 to 25 min.
6. Remove from oven, unmold and let it cool.
7. Cut a triangle of cake, like a long hand, to separate the wings of the ladybug.
8. Melt the chocolate (in microwave or double boiler), brush it with a brush or the back of a spoon, to the head, above the wings.
9. Prepare the icing by mixing icing sugar and red fruit coulis.
10. Apply it on the wings, the same way as for the chocolate.
