INGREDIENTS
9 oz of sugar
4 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 250 °F
2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white
3. Beat the egg whites (farm)
4. Gradually add sugar to egg whites
5. Make small piles on a plate in the oven covered with greaseproof paper.
6. Cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the desired consistency.
