Main Ingredients: Eggs
INGREDIENTS
-1 cup of water
- 3,5 oz butter
-3 eggs
- 5 oz flour
-1 tablespoon sugar
-1 packet of vanilla sugar
-1 / 2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking powder
- pearl sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
For 4 people:
Preparation: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

1 - Turn on your oven, 400° F. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and yeast.

2 - Melt the butter with water in a saucepan and bring to boil.

3. Once the mixture boils, remove from heat and pour at once mixing flour-salt-yeast.

4. Mix with a wooden spoon until the dough forms a ball and no longer sticks to the sides of the pan.

5. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix.

6. Add a first egg and mix until completely incorporated into the dough.

7. Repeat this process for the two remaining eggs.
