Buchette chocolate
A delight for young and old!
Great for: Cooking with Kids, Finger Foods
Courses: Desserts
Main Ingredients: Chocolate, Eggs, Nuts & Seeds
INGREDIENTS
-7 oz dark chocolate 70%.
-6 oz ladyfingers
-6 oz ground almonds
-7 oz unsalted butter
-2,3 oz icing sugar
-3 egg yolks
-3 teaspoons of strong coffee.
-2,8 oz of chocolate powder
INSTRUCTIONS
For about 20 sticks.

1. Reduce ladyfingers powder to the robot

2. Melt chocolate in double boiler with butter.

3. In a bowl, mix the powder ladyfingers, chocolate, ground almonds, icing sugar, 3 egg yolks, butter and coffee, turning as you go.

4. Work the dough with a spoon and place in fridge for 6 hours.

5. When the dough is quite hard, make small rolls of about 4 inch long and 1 inch thick.

6. In a bowl, pour the chocolate powder, place 4-5sticks in it.

7. Put a second bowl on top. Shake, flip several times just for the chocolate powder is all the sticks.

8 Repeat until all the sticks in the chocolate is covered.

My thing: Cover the top of the sticks by the sugar and more chocolate powder to make more attractive and give a little taste.
