Almond pie
With a pie crust pastry

INGREDIENTS
- Pie crust pastry
- 4,5 oz ground almonds
- 3 eggs
- 0,8 oz salted butter
- 1 oz caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon rum

INSTRUCTIONS
1- Spread the dough on a pie to be buttered.
2- In a bowl, combine powdered sugar, almonds, melted butter and rum.
3- Prick the bottom of the pie crust pastry with a fork all over.
4- Pour your prepared almonds in pan.

Bake in the oven 350 F° for 20 minutes.
