Tofu Smoothie and fruit
It's really delicious.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup pineapple juice or other juice without sugar
1 / 2 banana
8 fresh or frozen strawberries
1 / 4 cup soft tofu
1 c. tablespoons of splenda or to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Serving Size: 1
Preparation time: 5 min

1. Place all ingredients in blender and liquefy to the whole.

Pineapple juice can be replaced by another juice that suits you better.
You can put fruit that you like, mango, blueberries, peaches, according to your tastes.
