A smoothie full of protein and fruit to perfection

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup frozen blueberries (or fresh)
1/2 cup frozen mango (or fresh)
1/2 cup low-fat tofu (silken)
1/2 cup orange juice
2 teaspoons of honey

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until liquid.
