Cooking time: 5 minutes
Total time: 10 minutes

1. In a bowl, beat egg and milk with a fork.

2. Melt a little butter in a pan that can accommodate three slices of bread.

3. While the pan heats, dip the slices of bread one after another in the mixture of egg and milk for them to be soaked.

4. Fry the slices of bread soaked in the pan.

5. Serve on a plate and add a touch of butter spread on each slice.

6. Pour maple syrup over the fruit and add. Eat hot.

Finally ... You can eat the French toast with maple syrup alone or with fruit and more (strawberries, raspberries, bananas ...).

If you do not like maple syrup, you can remove it and put only the fruit sprinkled with icing sugar.

You can also stack three slices with a little butter between, or eat them one by one, to choose from.
