Homemade Pancakes
Trust me, these pancakes are excruciatingly delicious.
Great for: Everyday Cooking

Main Ingredients: Eggs
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
1.5 cup milk
10.5 oz flour
2 Tsp yeast
4 Tbsp sugar
Pinch of salt


INSTRUCTIONS
For 2 person
Preparation: 10 minutes
Rest: 30 min
Total time: 40 minutes

1. Separate the whites from the yolks.

2. Mix the yolks with the milk, add the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and mix.

3. Gently fold the egg whites until stiff

4. Let stand 30 minutes.

5. Make your pancakes:

6. Heat a lightly buttered pan.

7. Drop to a small ladle of batter.

8. From a multitude of small bubbles appear on the surface you may return the pancake.

9. Cook over medium heat for about 2 minutes, flip with a spatula and brown another 2 minutes.

10. Keep them warm in a warm oven while you cook the others.

Serve these pancakes with maple syrup and accompanied by whipped cream and fresh or frozen raspberries.
