Healthy Banana Milkshake
You can replace the light vanilla soy milk with regular milk or some other kind of soy milk.

Main Ingredients: Fruit, Soy
INGREDIENTS
-2 medium bananas
-5 oz soft tofu
-1 2/3 cup light vanilla soy milk
-4-5 ice cubes Honey for the taste


INSTRUCTIONS
Serving: 4
Preparation time: 1-5 minutes

1. Place all ingredients in blender

2. Mix to obtain the desired texture

It is also possible to add other fruits to change the taste.
