INGREDIENTS
3 pounds chuck roast
1 1/2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1 .Place chuck roast in crock pot.
2 .Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
3 .Pour bbq sauce mixture over meat.
4 .Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or 4-6 on high.
5 .Remove chuck roast and shred meat with a fork.
6 . Place back in crock pot and stir to mix evenly with sauce.
7 .I cooked mine on low for 7-8 hrs.
8 .Shredded it and let it cook 30 minutes more while I got the veggies ready and the girls milk poured before we ate it.
9 . I served it on the whole wheat Orowheat sandwich thins. YUM!
