Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Tbsp honey
1 1/2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar (I used balsamic fig vinegar)
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 6-ounce salmon steaks
INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare grill.
2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl.
3. Brush mixture over fish.
4. Place fish on grill.
5. Cover and grill on each side until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
