INGREDIENTS
-1 garlic clove, peeled
-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-1 tbsp tahini
-1 tsp ground cumin
-1/4 tsp salt
-1 can (15oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 small jalapeno pepper, chopped
-1 dash crushed red pepper flakes
-2 tsp EVOO
-1 dash pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place garlic in food processor: process until finely chopped. add lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, peppers and beans, blend until smooth.
2. Spoon mixture into bowl and drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with ground red pepper.
3. Serve with pita chips
