INGREDIENTS
-2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
-1/2 cup tahini (seasame seed paste)
-6 Tbsp lemon juice
-3 garlic cloves, pressed
-1 tsp ground cumin
-salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Makes 12 servings
1. Drain beans, but reserve liquid when you do
.
2. Blend beans, along with the other ingredients and 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid.
3. Process until smooth.
4. Add liquid until desired consistency is reached.
5. Adjust seasonings along with more lemon juice, cumin to taste.
