Khao Phat
Thai fried rice.
Great for: Everyday Cooking, Quick and Easy
Courses: Main Dish
Main Ingredients: Chicken, Rice, Soy
INGREDIENTS
-4 cups cooked rice
-1 LB of meat (chicken and shrimp is best)
-5 tbs oil
-2 Large white onions
-3 eggs, beaten
-2 tps fish sauce or soy sauce (I use both and a lot more of it)
-Chopped green onion
-Chopped cilantro
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat up the oil and get the onions cooking until soft.

2. Then throw in your meat and cook it.

3. Push the meat and onions the side and pour in the eggs.

4. Once cooked put in the rice and mix everything together and you’re done.

5. Sprinkle some chopped green onion on top for beauty and serve with some lemon wedges
