Balsamic chicken & tomatoes

INGREDIENTS
-Balsamic vinegar of choice-- I use about a tbsp per serving.
-Pre-seasoned, canned tomatoes*
-Chicken breast; each serving the size of a deck of cards
-Optional onions
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Donna E. made this for me the first time and I have switched it up and I use a TSG sauce with it, but balsalmic is an ingredient I urge everyone to try out.

2. It has no salt and all of them seem to be just about 5-10 calories per serving.

3. We cook everything together in a skillet; I'd say it's done in about 10 minutes and it was very yummy!

4. I pair mine with brown rice or some pasta without sauce
(the tomatoes cooked in the balsamic are better than a sauce anyhow!)
