INGREDIENTS
-4 large or 8 small croissants
-1/2 to 1 cup halved grapes
-1 stalk celery, diced small
-1 tsp chopped chives
-2 tsp lemon juice (or half a lemon)
-2 cups leftover chicken, chopped (she used white meat)
-3 green onions, diced
-1/4 cup pecan pieces, toasted
-1/2 tsp curry powder
-1/4 cup mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cut open croissants and fill with chicken salad.
