INGREDIENTS
-1 lb chicken breast (cut into cubes)
-1 can mixed vegetables (I use 1 1/2 cans to make it more veggies)
-1 can cream of potato soup
-1 ready made pie crust (with top & bottom) I use the Pillsbury one that you just roll out of the paper and put it in the pie dish
-salt / pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bake chicken or saute until cooked.
2. Mix cooked chicken, soup, veggies, s & p, in a bowl; stir until throughly mixed.
3. Put mixture in the pie crust, put the top of the pie crust and bake 350 °F for 45 min.
4. Put foil on the pie crust for the 1st 15 min. so it doesn't burn it.
5. Remove after 15 min. are up.
I usually serve with hot rolls but it is truly a meal in itself. We can usually finish the whole pie so you may want to make a bigger one or just make two if you have hearty eaters ! Enjoy :)
