INGREDIENTS
6 whole boneless, skinless chicken breast
3 tbs. soy sauce
3 tbs. honey
3 tbs. hoisin sauce
2 tbs. dry white wine
1 tbs. fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tbs. sesame seeds, toasted
6 cups prepared, hot white rice
INSTRUCTIONS
Makes: 6 servings
Cook Time: Low 6 hrs. High 3 hrs.
1. Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot
2. Cover and cook
3. Halfway through cooking, turn the chicken breasts in the sauce to thoroughly re-coat
4. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the sauce and carve the chicken into slices
5. Serve over fluffy, hot white rice
6. Sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds
