Cranberry-Mustard Pork Tenderloin
INGREDIENTS
-1 (16oz) can whole berry cranberry sauce
-3 tbs. fresh lemon juice
-4 tbs. dijon mustard
-3 tbs. brown sugar
-2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs. total)
INSTRUCTIONS
Makes: 6 servings
Prep Time:
Cook Time: Low 10 hrs. High 5 hrs.
1. In a small mixing bowl combine the cranberry sauce, lemon juice, mustard and brown sugar
2. Spread this mixture over the pork tenderloins and place them in the crock-pot
3. Pour the remaining cranberry mixtures over the tenderloins
4. Cover and cook
