INGREDIENTS
2 medium potatoes
2 small sweet potatoes
1-2 teaspoon salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel potatoes and sweet potatoes, then shred.
2. Add salt.
3. Drain water from potato mixture and pat dry with paper towel.
4. Heat oil in a fry pan on medium heat.
5. Spoon potato mixture so it is not too thick.
6. Fry on one side until golden brown, then turn and fry other side.
