Moving Day!
I have an 11 week old baby girl and we're getting ready to move to a new house. Does anyone have any tips on easing the transition for her? We stayed the first month of her life with my parents, I'm a single mom, and moving back to our home was a little nerve racking for her. She didn't want to sleep in her new bed and cried when I gave her a bath in her new tub. I need some help on how to make this move less traumatizing for her! Also any tips on how to unpack and set up house with a two month old would be greatly appreciated!

We moved too when my baby was about 8 weeks old. To tell you the truth I don't think she really noticed or at least it was hard to tell since she was a colicky baby to begin with. All I have to say is take your time unpacking. Try to just be ok with the chaos for awhile. If you try and get everything done all at once you will be so stressed out. We have been in our new place for about 6 months now and we still aren't completey "set-up". Take your time and see if you can have a family member watch the baby once and awhile so you can organize.

I think your little one will be fine after a few days. Give extra love and cuddles until she's used to her new surroundings.
