Well my daughter will be 2 in august and she loves to use the potty, almost too much. I use both diapers and training pants she's about 30% with poop and 75% with peep.( those are the percentages she has accurate timing) but the thing is when she poos in her diaper she'll yell out pee and tries to take off whatever it is without regard for the poop. We've tried to explain we have to clean her off first, but as soon as the diapers off she wiggles and yells "pee pee pee". And she uses the potty to get her diaper offand run around naked that wouldnt be as much of a problem if we didn't have black carpets in an apartment. How can I get it acroos to a ~two year old not to cry wolf when 75% of the time she does really have to peep? |

Hey Johnee, WOW that is great that your daughter is being potty trained so early. Good for you, maybe? LOL I have two boys, so no girls. But, he seemed to do alright with the whole potty thing, both poop and pee. Have you thought about trying real underwear? I have a friend who has a girl and they said training pants didn't work for her, so they just put real panties on her, in which she can really feel when she went potty. Maybe the diaper or pull-up prevents her from really feeling when she goes? I would try it. It wouldn't hurt, since she is so interested. Good luck to you Johnee. |

I agree with what Roxy said. I don't have any girls, but I have heard of other women with girls using underwear instead of training pants. My oldest was potty trained by 2 and we just let him run around the house naked and it worked! |

With my son, it was out of diapers and straight into underware. He had a few accidents, but was potty trained within a week. He still cries wolf sometimes with peeing, but he is still young and learning. |
