Child Care: Nannies, Au Pairs and other Help

I'd like to start a discussion with other moms that have nannies/au pairs. I'm interested in how they managed to integrate live in child care and some of the joys, benefits and challenges. I've had an au pair for 10 years now and am interested in sharing my experience with others. Thanks! Michelle.
