Fear can sometimes paralyze us. The voices of fear are like tiny arrows being shot into our dreams, causing us to back away from opportunities, to lose courage and stop trying.
HOW TO CONQUER YOUR FEAR
1. FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT. - Imagine yourself successfully doing whatever you are afraid of. - Plan every little step of the way to achieving your goal. - Watch yourself succeed.
2. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. - Tell yourself, "I can do this," "My baby's birth will be a wonderful and joyful experience."
3. BREATHE DEEPLY. - Imagine the fear leaving your body as you breathe out. - Watch athletes doing this on TV before they compete in a difficult competition.
4. "JUST DO IT." - Believe that you can. - Everytime you face your fears, your confidnce will build.
