Casserole
I did make a casserole I don't know about healthy but good.

2 large chicken breast (cooked)
3 c cooked rice
1 cn reduced fat and sodium cheddar cheese soup
1 sm bag frozen broccoli
I put it all together and baked it for about 20 min at 350. It came out pretty good.
