I am so thrilled to have found this group on line. I am a 1st time mother (46 with a 2 year old son). I've searched for playgroups in my area but have had no luck. I am also a full-time working mom. I just wanted to touch base and let you know how happy I am to have found this group

I am 47 with 22 months old boy, I am staying home with him for now. He was the most unexpected but yet the best thing that ever happened to me. I was a software analyst used to work the grave yard shifts. I searched every where for new moms over 40 in my area with no luck, so the internet is the only way for now.

Hello - I am a 51 year old first time mom to a beautiful 34 month old girl. She is not only the joy of my life but the very core of my heart and soul. I also gave up a career to stay at home shortly after she was born. I have been associated with with forum for about a year but never posted until now. Happy to see a few a little closer to my age.

I am looking forward to corresponding with all of you. I feel so much more comfortable corresponding with people closer to my age. It is too bad we are all from different states.

Hi - I'm a 50 y/o first time mom to two year old twin boys. I'm also a SAHM and I've been looking for playgroups in my area with no luck. I also feel more comfortable with corresponding with moms closer to my age and I look forward to more posts in this group!

Glad to meet all of you and real happy to know that you are out there. What a blessing.

I still don’t have a playmate for my almost 2 year old son, but we take him everywhere we go and we expose him to different age groups all the time. We are just doing the best we can for him.
