What are some good foods for a one year old? I know the normal ones I am looking for some creativity! Let me know! |

Your one year old can eat anything you eat. The menu can be the same, except for any foods your doctor recommends waiting on, like peanut butter. Just cut it up small and make sure any choking hazards, like grapes, are cut so they are safer. |

I would also suggest avoiding spicy food until they are old enough to ask for it. My son is 2 now, and when we eat dinner, he ask for pepper, but I would never put it on unless he asked, and I will not give him anything that is real spicy. |

Try frozen peas for snacks or even as a part of a meal. My daughter loves them. I sometimes feed her frozen corn, too. She is now 21 months and still asks for them. |
