My daughter has a 3 yr old boy and a baby due in June. They found out today that this one is a girl! We are so excited.
Grandchildren are just so special!

Do you feel it is different taking care of grandchildren vs children?

I do find that it is different with taking care of my grandchildren compared to my children. For one,
I'm more relaxed. And, for another, I have more time
to play and enjoy them. And, when I'm tired, I can send
them home! I kept Chase 5 days a week for his first 2
years. He now goes to pre-school 3 days a week.
The baby due in June, I will have 5 days a week come
September when her mommy returns to work. I am
so thankful that I'm able to stay home and keep them!

Hi Kelly,
My granddaughter is a precious baby. She is 3 mos old. I keep her M-F so her mommy can work. It's a big adjustment with a new baby, but we're adjusting pretty good.
