I am new to this web site but have really enjoyed connecting with other moms/parents..I thought it would interestiong to start a group...Can I ask you why you chose not to immunize? Is it religeous or personal?

Hi Stacey!! I just wanted to welcome you.How old is your child/children? I am not immunizing my children for personal reasons(I am a big homempathic person and it makes the most sense in the world to me!!)I look forward to getting to know you!

Hi guys, I'm also new to this site, just been reading a lot of what other Moms have to say so far on the site. I chose not to vaccinate for several reasons, I can't see injecting someone I love so much with what I feel is dangerous chemicals. I also worry about Autisim. You spend your whole pregnancy trying to avoid mercury because it's harmeful to your baby and then they want to inject live viruses containing mercury into your infant. I could go on but I'll save you the ranting. I wish I had more support for my decision. I continue to be told I'm endangering my child's life and am made to feel guilty at every appointment. Other than allergies I'm blessed to have a healthy daughter. I strongly believe in homeopathy and alternative medicines as well. Anyway that's a little bit about my decision. I hope to get to know you all better. I hope we can offer both support and education for each other. I'm a sahm of a 19 month old named Mikayla.
