I just joined this group and the raisingthem website. I was an active member on another website, but it is not holding my interest as much as it used to. I am an atheist, but find that often that gets associated with "angry with Christians" which is not true in my case at least. I do believe that raising kids with morals and values is important, I just don't happen to think that there is a god out there some where telling us what is moral and what is not. I think we humans know what is moral and what isn't.
I look forward to lots of interesting discussions on here. |

| Welcome, Anna. I don't think I had ever heard that atheists were "angry Christians". I have found that it is most often associated with lawlessness, anarchy, and Satanic worship, all of which is just completely ridiculous. (Especially the Satanic crap. . .if I don't believe in god how can I believe in a devil.. . you know?) Anyway, I am glad you found us! Thanks for joining. |
