FLUFFY?!?
Ok, I'm learning to bake... is there a secret to getting fluffy moistness when doing cakes and waffles from scratch?!?!

I'm so not a baker, sorry. Good luck though, and if you ever need a good lasagna recipe, I'm your girl :)

Just mix until moist. If you over mix/beat, they get tough...pancakes that it. You get the moistness and fluffiness in cake by having a lot of air in the cake, don't over bake. Butter should be cold and eggs room temp
