Easy holiday crafts
So this weekend my almost 3 year old and I did these really cute Christmas crafts and hung them on the windows (like the window clings) he really enjoyed it so I thought I would share:

Cut out a Christmas tree (you can use the cookie cutters for a pattern if you want a small one or free hand a larger one), a wreath a candy cane or pretty much any holiday pattern. I ten had him decorate the Christmas tree with pom poms from the dollar store, glitter and hung it on the window. For the wreath I had him tear small pieces of co,lored tissue paper to glue to the wreath, we also used glitter and glitter glue to decorate. These were 5 minute projects that he really enjoyed and they look great on the windows.

I just want to add something to your ideas. Homemade gift wrap. I've bought just plain white wrapping paper and using my toddlers finger dip one finger to a finger paint and dab in onto the wrapping paper to shape like a Christmas tree. Of course I only did this for a small present for daddy. Then keep the wrapping paper as a souvenier.
