| Hello ladies! My name is MaLeah and I'm looking for an expectant moms group to join. I'm a first time mom due 4/13, with our son! I have been on another group (different website, not raisingthem) since we found out we were expecting. However, this other group became an unwelcoming place to be and a non-supportive environment in general. I'm a nice, nonjudgmental type gal, just looking for a place to talk with other moms. I'll go ahead and confess that I am getting an epidural, do not plan to breastfeed, and have turned down "ugly" hand-me-downs from my nephew. ha.ha. So, if I'm a "selfish bad mother" or a "snobby ungrateful person" then I'd better go ahead and confess that up front. ha.ha.ha. Nice to meet you all! That is if I am still welcome to join :) |

I am also due on 4/13 (although I think the docs are wrong) and we're also expecting a boy. I'm right there with you on the epidural, but I am going to try to breastfeed. Although I hold nothing against you if you don't want to...
